This last week was quite eventful for the development process of SharpEmu as there was a change in the development focus for the project.
The development focus has shifted from testing of 2D titles to taking care of the 3D rendering pipeline operations in a relatively early stage. Even though running such heavy AAA titles like Demon’s Souls in an entirely playable manner will take some more time, the development team is doing their best for the same.
Here is the list of the accomplishments that have been achieved during this last week in the form of games
Cult of the Lamb
Cult of the Lamb has made it to the main menu and now runs at a solid 30 FPS during startup sequence.

GTA: San Andreas
Development on GTA: San Andreas has progressed enough for the game to load straight to the main menu and run steadily at 30 FPS.

Demon’s Souls
Further development is done on 3D rendering handling in Demon’s Souls. The emulator now renders some new parts of geometry and environment assets that were not rendered before.

Hoa
Hoa has reached a fully playable status on SharpEmu. Players can navigate through the game with stable visual rendering and game logic active.

A big thanks to JakupDev, FranGameTv, foufouadi, the dev team and all active testers for providing logs and code updates throughout the week. Stay tuned for future progress updates.
